Harmony nodded at Katniss, “You’re welcome. I believe it’s always better to ask and make sure, than just believe.” She smiled, and turned her gaze back to the hallways. What a horrible place, walking around District 2 seemed incredible compared to this. “It would be horrible.” She said laughing. “Are there a lot of people you know here?” Harmony didn’t really know anyone except for Jade, and now Katniss. Yes, she had talked to other people and made friends, but she hadn’t really gotten close to them. She hoped she would, it looked like they were going to spend a lot of time in District 13. She unconsciously brushed her hair out of her face, it reminded her of her mom. Everything reminded her of home, of her parents, of the Games.
Katniss smiled sweetly at Harmony. How was it someone like her stuck here? Even though she came her willingly, if it were up to Katniss she would run. And never look back. Harmony was, for what she gathered from talking with her. She was sweet, caring, fierce, didn’t take anyone’s tone of attitude from anyone. Katniss admired that. “I’m shocked people haven’t been running around in circles from boredom, though from what you said there was a set schedule it shouldn’t be too bad.” She said softly, looking over at Harmony when she asked if she knew a lot of people here.
“Kind of?” She asked herself, laughing at how stupid she sounded. She wasn’t to sure who was here, or wasn’t here. “I’m not to sure who else is here.” She could know more people from her own District 12, and she knew a lot of the tributes, they’ve all grown close to one another.
